Robots 9494 series – 4 axes

Description

The 9494 series (and related) robots are the basic and most universal machines in our offer. The classic soldering head, equipped with a soldering tip and tin feeder, moves along the x, y and z axes, but also has the ability to rotate around the z-axis. This allows avoiding components on the board, so soldering that is not possible with selective wave soldering, can be performed without problems. This feature combined with ease of use makes the robots in this series our most frequently recommended solutions. They are a great introduction to the automation of manual soldering processes. The standard device in this category is the Quick 9494, robot with a work area of 400 x 400 mm. However, we have many more units with different specifications, including robots with a smaller work area – Quick 9394 and a larger one with two work surfaces – Quick 9594. If you are interested in further information, please contact our Sales Department or Technical Support Engineer. We will do our best to find the right solution that will suit your needs.

To ensure that we are able to provide our customers with the highest level of support, we offer to perform soldering tests directly on the customer’s components before each implementation. This gives us an answer as to whether we are able to significantly improve the process, and the potential customer can convince himself of the profitability of the investment. Once the components have been delivered by 3D printing, we make a test yoke (holder for the boards and components) and carry out soldering tests on one of our machines. We present the results electronically, however, we also offer a demonstration of our machine directly at the customer’s company before finalising the purchase (depends on the transport conditions).
