The QUICK EA-A20 is a cutting-edge rework system engineered for BGA and SMD component servicing. It combines HOT-AIR and infrared (IR) heating technologies with a total power of 6600W — including a 4000W IR bottom heater and dual 1200W hot air top and bottom heaters. The unit provides precise chip placement with its 36×12 magnifying camera and joystick control. A transverse cooling system and QUICKSOFT software allow for full temperature curve customization, peak temperature monitoring, and automated profile management. Supporting large PCBs up to 600×650 mm and BGA sizes up to 60×60 mm, the EA-A20 is ideal for repairing server boards, IPC systems, and high-reliability electronic assemblies.
