Description
The 8483 (and related) series of dispensing robots is one of Quick’s basic and most versatile dispensing offerings. The classic head, which moves in a Cartesian system along the x, y, z axes, makes it possible to reach areas requiring the application of liquids, which is supervised by an integrated dispensing station (the outflow takes place by pressing a preset pressure). A wide range of interchangeable tips makes it possible to dispense many types of substances, including glues, pastes, seals and all kinds of gels. With minor modifications, the robot can also be adapted to dispense two-component or UV-cured glues. The addition of a pressure tank and customised dispensing valves also greatly expands the range of applications.
The standard unit in this category is the Quick 9483 robot with a working area of 400 x 400 mm. However, we have many more units with different specifications, including robots with the smaller work area Quick 8383 (300 x 300 mm), or in various dispensing accessory configurations.
